CABE call on Stuart’s influencing skills

2010 saw Stuart return to the CABE Space Leaders Program for the third year. After successfully running the Influencing Skills Workshop in 2008 and 2009 Stuart delivered a revised and updated version in 2010.

Travelling to Shipley in Yorkshire, where the Space Leaders Program was held, Stuart covered issues as influence mapping, understanding the policy and decision making process through a “policy funnel” concept, and how to develop a successful influencing strategy.
